Sergeant Rob Carr

Rob is a Performance Enhancement Specialist and the founder of We Are Relentless Performance and Rehab, LLC. A locally recognized trainer, speaker and innovator in strength and conditioning, Rob holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Fitness Management with concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Rob is a 5 year military veteran in the United States Army with multiple tours of duty overseas. He is a also a Baltimore county firefighter and EMT. Rob has a decade of training and coaching experience and has participated in several amateur MMA and bodybuilding competitions.

Kendra Winston, Nutritionist

Kendra Winston is an entrepreneur, nutrition enthusiast, and fitness fanatic. Although receiving a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Kendra decided to follow her calling in the Health and Wellness field. She is currently receiving her Bachelors in Nutritional Science, on the path to become a Registered Dietitian. Her passion is to help people achieve their goals, especially ones looking to lose body fat and gain muscle. She also has culinary experience. Kendra is owner of K & B WholeBody Solutions, a healthy meal-prep company based in Baltimore, MD.  With over 10 years of experience and formal education, Kendra is the one stop shop for nutritional and fitness needs.

Brittany Adams, Culinarian

Brittany Adams is a 28 year old culinary entrepreneur. Cooking for people and serving others has always been her passion. She graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management. There she learned about food and beverage management, food production, menu cycling, food preparation and much more. Segueing into healthy food preparation, she acquired a certificate in Food, Health, & Nutrition. She is owner of K & B WholeBody Solutions LLC, a healthy meal-prep company based in Baltimore, MD. With over 10 years of cooking experience and formal education, Brittany is well on her way with creating innovative healthy menu items, cooking delicious nutritious meals, and serving people in a memorable way.
